BOOKING INFORMATION

THE MUSIC

As individual musical tastes vary, we are responsive to your preference of the material we perform. We offer you the opportunity to select your favorite songs from our song list prior to your affair. As Robin & The Rhythmix are not booked through agencies, you have personalized communication with the band leader to coordinate the details of your affair.

THE VOLUME

You can count on the band to keep the volume level reasonable at all times. Your guests will be able to converse while Robin & The Rhythmix are performing. During dancing, we can bring up (or down) the dance floor volume to any level you like, and will do so in a way that allows your seated guests to continue talking comfortably.

THE COST

With the exception of Wedding Receptions, Yacht Club Commodore's Balls and New Year's Eve, our price remains consistent throughout the year. The rate varies for a four-hour performance versus a five-hour performance, etc. and overtime is based on an hourly fee. A transportation charge will be added for travel outside the Baltimore Metropolitan area, to include toll fees.

THE CONTRACT

All bookings are accepted by signed agreement only. To ensure your date is secured with us, we require a deposit and signed agreement. Once both parties execute the agreement, the original copy will be retained for the band's records. A carbon copy will be provided to you for your records.

THE DEPOSIT

An advance deposit is required at the time the initial agreement is signed. This is applied toward the total cost of the performance. The remaining balance is due on the day of your affair. Personal and company checks are accepted, as well as cash.
